This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) Nova Dominion, operated by Gold Development, uses, why, and how you can manage them. Please read this policy together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. "Local storage" (localStorage) is a similar technology that lets a website keep data in your browser. Both can be used to provide functionality, remember preferences or, in some cases, measure usage.
Nova Dominion uses these technologies minimally and only as described below.

Important: the authentication token is kept in your browser's local storage and is not a tracking cookie. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies, unless the operator later adds analytics or similar services; in that case this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested first.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
The strictly necessary technologies (the authentication token, the language preference and Mollie's payment-flow cookies) are required to make the Service work and to carry out actions you request, such as logging in and paying. Under the law, no prior consent is required for these strictly necessary technologies. Without them the Service cannot function properly.
4. Non-essential technologies and consent
For technologies that are not strictly necessary — for example analytics or non-essential cookies the operator might add in the future — we will ask for your consent in advance via a cookie notice or setting. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. As long as the operator does not use such technologies, no consent is requested.
5. Payments and Mollie
When you buy a Commander Pass, our payment provider Mollie takes you through a secure checkout environment. Mollie may set its own cookies necessary to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Mollie's own policy also applies to this processing. We do not receive any card data ourselves.
6. How to manage or clear cookies and local storage
You are in control of cookies and local storage:
- Logging out of the Service removes the authentication token from local storage.
- Browser settings — through your browser settings you can view, block or clear cookies and local storage. Consult your browser's help function (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) for the exact steps.
- Note that clearing or blocking strictly necessary technologies may require you to log in again or may cause certain features to stop working.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when we add new features. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent version.
